Bradley Simmonds – Head trainer and co founder of You’re Fit Fitness. Bradley has been involved with sport, fitness and exercise from a very early age. He was a footballer under Chelsea’s books for a long time. He then turned a professional at Queens Park Rangers. After various injuries Bradley decided to go into personal training where he has gained vital experiences working with top celebrity clients offering first class training sessions as well nutritional and fitness advice. Bradley is always looking for new ideas and different exercises to develop.
Joey Jones – Head Trainer and co founder of You’re Fit Fitness. Joe like Bradley has played football all his life and used to play against Bradley regularly. He was a schoolboy at Arsenal FC and has played professionally for Leicester and Yeovil. He is currently still playing at Woking FC. Having had this professional experience working with top sports scientists, nutritionists, fitness and strength and conditioning coaches Joey brings a wide range of knowledge and fitness expertise to the bootcamp sessions and to the company. He also offers sports specific training to many sportsmen and women.
